These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the services available at jbdt.app, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, instant win games, and all related features and functionality.

By accessing jbdt.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the jbdt platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported device. Access to jbdt from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is the sole responsibility of the user. jbdt does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in every jurisdiction.

jbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

jbdt is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on jbdt. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. It is a serious offence to allow or assist a person under the age of 18 to access gambling services.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use jbdt services:

• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or third party on behalf of another person.
• You have not been previously excluded from jbdt or any associated platform.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for the purpose of personal entertainment.
• You have the mental capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement.

jbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified access may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

Each player may hold exactly one account on jbdt. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any funds held within them may be forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Verification

jbdt uses mobile OTP (one-time password) verification at account creation and at key account actions such as password changes and withdrawal requests. This verification step is mandatory and cannot be bypassed. For large withdrawals or where jbdt deems it necessary, additional documentary verification — such as a copy of a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — may be required.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jbdt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jbdt will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jbdt support immediately at [email protected].

jbdt processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at jbdt's discretion.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your jbdt account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation, depending on the payment method used.

jbdt does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges. Players are advised to check their payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. jbdt targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad, subject to account verification status and internal review processes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review by the jbdt finance team. jbdt reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. In cases where verification is required, processing times may be extended beyond the standard target. Players must ensure their account is fully verified before requesting their first withdrawal.

Currency

All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on jbdt are denominated in BDT (৳). No currency conversion is applied to player balances. Displayed amounts always reflect the actual BDT value held in your account.

jbdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and international cricket tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account verification and whose accounts are in good standing. A player may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Validity Period

All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that have not been used before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. jbdt is not obligated to provide reminders about bonus expiry.

Modifications and Cancellations

jbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event that a bonus is cancelled after it has been claimed but before wagering requirements have been met, players will be notified and any remaining bonus balance will be removed. Deposits made in connection with a cancelled promotion are not affected.

All games available on jbdt — including live casino tables, slot titles, instant win games, and crash games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to the individual rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on jbdt (slots, virtual table games, instant win games) use certified random number generators that have been independently tested by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined purely by the RNG and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jbdt, game providers, or any third party after a bet has been placed.

Live Dealer Games

Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These providers operate live dealer studios under their own operational standards and are responsible for the conduct and outcomes of their live games. jbdt facilitates access to these games but does not control the live dealing environment.

Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

Cricket betting and other sports betting markets available on jbdt are governed by the sports betting rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting result, jbdt's decision — made in reference to official match result data from recognised governing bodies such as ICC, BCB, and BCCI — shall be final and binding.

Disconnections and Technical Faults

If a disconnection, technical fault, or platform error occurs during an active game round or wager, jbdt will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the wager correctly. Where the game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player. jbdt is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jbdt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that simulates or replaces human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino, or tournament formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jbdt to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving related services or winnings from jbdt.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jbdt support staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where doing so exposes jbdt to legal liability.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access your account or use your credentials to place wagers.

jbdt employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and account monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will trigger an immediate internal review. Players under review may have their accounts temporarily restricted while the review is conducted.

jbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, if it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other users.

Suspension

Account suspension is a temporary measure applied while an internal review is in progress. During a suspension, the player cannot log in, place wagers, request withdrawals, or claim bonuses. If the review concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jbdt support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Once closed, account data is retained in accordance with the jbdt Privacy Policy.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, jbdt offers a self-exclusion tool that allows you to suspend your own account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by jbdt due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full if it is determined that the balance was accrued through prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed without a confirmed breach, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
